Code of ethics
1. The tarot reading will be sent after payment is made.
2. I give all my readings my personal attention and time. Therefore I will give no refunds if the client is not (completely) satisfied with the reading. In some cases I will give a new reading, after I receive a completely filled in feedback form.
3. Tarot readings can give important insights. I am however no doktor, psychologists, lawyer, or accountant, so my readings do not contain any professional advice I’m not qualified to give.
4. The client is responsible for his own decisions and actions, I accept no legal responsibility for (the consequences of) actions or decisions by the client based on my readings.
5. Tarot readings are meant to give insights and advice, not to predict a fixed future. If a reading contains predictive elements they can only be regarded as guidelines. No guarantees are given.
6. I will not answer the following questions:
- questions that deal exclusively with third parties, without their permission. Please reformulate those questions, so they relate to yourself.
- “psychic” questions, like the winning lottery numbers, or on what date someone will die.
- Questions that look further into the future than 1 year, or questions that contain words like 'ever'.
7. Information provided by clients will remain confidential.
8. I will only do readings for persons under the age of 16 with permission from their parents or legal representatives.
9. I am not psychic. The insights in my readings are a the result of a combination of the cards drawn, the client’s question, and the background information provided by the client. Inaccurate information will most likely produce inaccurate readings. I accept no responsibility for this.
